First monthly visit to NCUHS. It was great to see so many students join us. Thank you to @hannah.lily32 for coming with me to share about her personal journey and experiences. Your vulnerability and openness about the topic of mental health was inspiring. These are the conversations that will help break down stigma and show others that they are not alone. Everyone is going through something and we all can play a part in supporting each other through it all.
